Repair Policy

Quality and craftsmanship are at the heart of every Heir Apparent piece. Because jewelry is delicate by nature, occasional repairs may be necessary.

If your piece requires a repair due to normal wear, we are happy to provide complimentary repairs within three months of purchase.

After three months, we are still happy to help whenever possible. Repairs will be evaluated individually, and a small fee may apply depending on the nature of the repair and any replacement materials required. We’ll always let you know of any applicable cost before proceeding.

Complimentary repairs do not cover lost pieces or components, substantial accidental damage, or damage resulting from improper care.
